The conference fee includes Monday lunch, beverage breaks, and all conference materials.

Late Registration: $110.00 after November 21, 2008.

We can only accept 750 registrations for this year’s conference due to the capacity of the hotel. ONLY the first 750
registrants will be assured attendance for the conference.

Refunds cannot be made after
